What is the stop eating method ? In this technique of intermittent fasting, you have to stay in fasting for a full 24 hours on 1 or 2 days of the week. For the remaining 5 days, you can follow your normal diet. You can easily lose weight with the Stop Eating Food method.
What is Warrior Diet ? Warrior Diet This is such a technique of Intermittent Fasting, in which you do not have to eat anything for 20 hours out of 24 hours of the day. After this, in the remaining 4 hours, you can eat your favorite food and you can also over eat.
What is alternate day fasting ? ADF means – This technique of Intermittent Fasting is considered very difficult. Alternate day fasting is also called the ‘Fast and Feast’ diet. In ADF, you have to fast for the full 36 hours and you can eat anything within the next 12 hours.
